What happens during a coaching session?
Coaching sessions are collaborative, focused, and tailored to your goals. Sessions are structured conversations around topic that you bring. They may also include leadership assessments, reflection exercises, strategic planning, communication practice, and accountability check-ins, if that is what you want. You’ll leave with each session with clear insights and practical next steps.
How long does leadership-coaching engagement last?
Most clients work with me consistently for an initial 3–6 month period to build momentum, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Session frequency is tailored to your goals, schedule, and desired level of support. After the initial engagement, many clients continue with coaching on an as-needed basis or schedule periodic check-ins every for ongoing support, accountability, and development.
Do you offer both in person and virtual sessions?
Yes. Coaching is available virtually, making it flexible and accessible regardless of your location or schedule. In-person sessions may also be available depending on location and mutual availability, and can be discussed as part of the coaching arrangement.
