My Services

 

I offer coaching for individuals and for groups. I also offer skills-training facilitation sessions for small groups in the areas of well-being, positive leadership, and resilience.

Skills-Training Facilitation

Skills-training facilitation is the process of guiding groups through the development of new skills or the enhancement of existing ones. Like coaching, It involves creating a supportive learning environment, delivering engaging content, and providing opportunities for practice and feedback. But unlike coaching, it is based on the delivery of pre-planned content and does not necessarily involve working toward personal goals. Effective skills-training facilitation leads to increased knowledge and awareness, however, it does not necessarily lead to actual change. It is important to combine skills-training with  coaching to support meaningful and lasting change. 

Well-being

Well-being is a subjective concept that varies from person to person, but the idea is to have a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction in the different areas of our lives. Coaching can be a powerful tool to enhance your well-being as it is an empowering process that helps you move forward. When you come to coaching with the purpose of enhancing your well-being, we start by exploring the different areas of your life and identifying which areas need enhancements. Our sessions provide the structure and support  that help you stay motivated, engaged, and accountable throughout the process. 

Positive Leadership

Positive leadership is a style of management that focuses on empowering and motivating employees to achieve their full potential. When you come to coaching for the purpose of enhancing your leadership skills, we start by exploring which qualities do you value in leaders? Which of existing leadership qualities do you value in yourself? and which qualities are you interesting in developing? We often look at different positive leadership models for inspiration and guidance and we start working toward building your leadership skillset and your confidence in your leadership abilities.

Resilience 

Resilience is a vital skill that can help us overcome challenges and achieve our goals in both our personal and professional lives.'s not something we're born with, but rather a skillset that can be learned and developed. Our coaching sessions focus on exploring what resilience means to you, identifying areas where you want to become more resilient, and working towards strengthening those areas. With determination and courage, we can face adversity and learn and grow from it.
