Group Coaching 

 

Group coaching is an empowering method that helps people grow together and move toward their personal goals while enjoying the support and insight of their fellow travelers. It also provides a more affordable way to enjoy the benefits of coaching.  
 

Group Facilitation 

Group facilitation includes more structured sessions and involves skills-training. Participants benefit from learning new skills in a supportive environment and forming deeper connections with people.

Why work with me?

I am a working mother who spent the last 8 years studying and practicing the science of strengths, well-being, and optimal functioning. I am dedicated to my clients and I utilize a wide array of evidence-based tools and techniques from the fields of positive psychology, coaching psychology, positive leadership, and positive change to help my clients grow and thrive.

Mental Skills

Emotional intelligence is a crucial skill that can help individuals navigate their personal and professional lives. It involves identifying and labeling emotions, expressing feelings, and separating oneself from emotions. Understanding the physical side of emotions and the origin of emotions can also be helpful in dealing with difficult emotions. By replacing self-criticism with self-compassion and validating emotions, individuals can learn to manage emotional triggers and limiting beliefs. Recognizing beliefs and emotions in others can also improve communication and relationships.

Developing mental skills is essential for achieving success in any area of life. By cultivating awareness of our thoughts, biases, and traps, we can learn to reframe negative thinking and shift our perspective. A growth mindset, willpower, and self-regulation are also essential for overcoming obstacles and achieving our goals. Additionally, engaging in activities that promote flow and peak performance, such as visualization and setting SMART+ goals, can help us reach our full potential. Finally, our values and finding meaning and purpose in our lives can provide a sense of fulfillment and well-being.

Social Skills

Having strong social skills is integral for building meaningful relationships and fostering a sense of belonging. This includes active listening, empathy, forgiveness, and communicating needs and values. By cultivating these skills, we can create high-quality connections and establish trust and safety within our communities. Additionally, understanding the evolutionary role of community and the importance of character strengths and cultivating meaning and purpose help us connect to different people in different situations.

Physical Skills

Physical skills such as breathing, movement, and nutrition can greatly impact our overall health and well-being. Incorporating practices such as heart-rate variability, sleep hygiene, and a balanced diet can lead to greater mastery of the body and enhance our energy and immune system. By making powerful lifestyle changes, we can enhance our-being and achieve greater resilience, calmness, creativity, and brain power.
